Rates, reservations and cancellation policy

  • 2004 Spring/Summer season rate (April 1 - October 31, 2004): $250 per night (double occupancy), $15 per extra person per night, minimum two-night stay.
  • 2004/2005 Fall/Winter season rate (November 1, 2004 - March 31, 2005): $200 per night (double occupancy), $25 per extra person per night, minimum two-night stay.
  • Holiday rate: $350 per night (double occupancy), $25 per extra person per night, minimum three-night stay.
  • 2005 Spring/Summer season rate (April 1 - October 31, 2005): $275 per night (double occupancy), $25.00 per extra person per night, three-night minimum.
  • Add 10% county bed tax.
  • Ask about our extended-stay discount.
  • Maximum number of guests for Mt View is 10.
  • All guests must be registered. Undeclared extra guests will be charged $50 per guest per day.
  • Please check the Reservation Calendar for available dates before calling.
  • Amenities vary in vacation units, so read descriptions carefully.
  • Management reserves the right to require a minimum occupancy and minimum number of nights in a given reservation.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, and do not affect reservations already made.

FIRM CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • 50% refund for cancellation made before 30 days of reservation.
  • No refund for cancellation made within 30 days of reservation.
  • No refund for occurrences beyond anyone's control, such as road closures, weather conditions, flight delays, illness, or personal problems.
  • No refund for early departure or late cancellations.

DURING YOUR STAY:

  • Check-in time: 4:00 pm. Check-out time: 11:00 am.
  • NO PETS.
  • NO SMOKING.
  • NO wedding receptions or parties exceeding the number of registered guests.
  • Quiet hours in the community are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am strictly enforced.
  • Please leave the property in the same condition as it was when you arrived.
  • For Yosemite road and weather conditions, call 209-372-0200.
  • Snow chains are required to be carried November through April.
  • During snow conditions, chains may be required to reach the property.
