Rates and Reservations
- Credit Cards accepted with 100% of booking and $35.00
(domestic) or
$50. (foreign) office handling fee. We prefer checks with a two day
deposit with balance due 30 days before arrival.
- Summer rates are $325.00 per night for two, $50.00
per additional person, April 1st through October 31st
- Minimum 3 night stay April - October
- Winter
rates November 1 through March 31st: $225.00 per night for two, $35.00
per additional person, 4 total in cabin, minimum 2 night stay.
- Holiday
rate $325.00 for two, additional $50.00 for extra person. Holidays are
Thanksgiving, Christmas, Martin Luther and Presidents.
- Sleeps a maximum of 4, extra guests will not be
allowed.
- Add 10% Mariposa County Transient Occupancy Tax and
3% Tourism Assessment Fee.

FIRM CANCELLATION POLICY: 5%
of total on any cancellation. If you decrease the number of days or
people, change the date of arrival or departure or cancel for any
reason with less than 30 days notice before your
arrival date, you will be charged for the entire amount of your
original reservation, plus tax.

- One large bedroom with king size bed and one
twin bed.
- Free minimum use wi-fi for emails and light web
surfing. Additional GB charges.
- Plenty of room to practice Yoga or meditate with a
picture window looking towards Yosemite Valley.
- Gas fireplace in living room
- Comfortable living room with queen fold-out couch.
- 1.5 bathrooms, with a two person soaking tub.
- Full kitchen with gas range, microwave and dishwasher.
- Central heating and air conditioning.
- Satellite Direct TV, DVD and CD player. HD Flat
screen TV
- Excellent
selection of DVD's on Yosemite National Park history,
geology,
wildlife, hiking, Ansel Adams, Bodie State Park, Mono Lake, California
tourist spots.
- Music selection includes classical, blues and jazz.
- Telephone. ( Verizon cell service at cabin and AT
& T up the hill )
- Wood accented interior.
- Library with guide books on wildlife, natural history
and maps of Yosemite and the surrounding gateway communities.

Policies
- Maximum number of guests for Clouds Rest Cabin is 3.
- All guests must be registered.
- Sorry no refunds for occurrences beyond our control,
such as road closures, weather, personal problems, etc.
- For Road and Weather conditions call: 209 -372 - 0200. Snow chains
required Nov. through April
- Check-in Time: 4:00 PM (not
before please) Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Declare extra guests before arrival or you will be
charged $100.00 per guest per day.
- Cabin
is more adult oriented with above average furnishings and details.
Children not recommended. Please contact owners for
information
and rules.
- NO Pets.
- NO smoking allowed in home or on property grounds
- NO Wedding receptions or parties exceeding the number
of registered guests.
- Quiet hours in our community are 10:00 pm to
8:00 am.
