  • $225 per night (double occupancy) and $15 per person per night extra (April 1 through September 31) (Two night minimum)
  • Off season rate (Oct 1 through March. 31) : $165 per night (double occupancy), and $15 per person per night extra (Two night minimum).
  • Holiday rate is $275 for 4
  • Add 10% county bed tax

FIRM CANCELLATION POLICY: 25% cancellation fee for any cancellation, 50% cancellation fee on cancellations within 30 days and 75% cancellation fee for cancellations within 7 days.

  • Sorry no refunds for occurrences beyond our control, such as road closures, weather, personal problems, etc.
  • For Road and Weather conditions call: 209 372 0200. Snow chains required Nov. through April
  • Check-in Time: 4:00 PM Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Declare extra guests or you will be charged $50.00 per guest per day.
  • NO Pets.
  • NO Smoking.
  • NO Wedding receptions or parties exceeding the number of registered guests.
  • Quiet hours in our community are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.
  • Please leave property in same condition as it was when you arrived.
